MAJOR LITIGATION, ADVOCACY, MEDIATION

Mr. Petruccelli has appeared on behalf of employers and carriers on hundreds of Workers’ Compensation matters since 1996, proceeding to mediation and trial as the case requires. He has additionally appeared and gone to trial at the United State Federal District Court level. He has appeared and pursued appeals at both the Florida District Court of Appeals level and Federal Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

As an advocate Mr. Petruccelli has mediated hundreds of matters and as well maintains a Private Mediation Practice where he acts as Private Mediator in many areas of practice including Workers’ Compensation, General Tort Liability, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Negligence and Employment claims.
