Roger D. Mason II

Roger is a founding partner of Petruccelli Mason, LLP and heads the firm's real estate and commercial litigation practice groups and co-heads the firm's personal injury practice group. His real estate practice focuses on the defense of residential and commercial foreclosure actions and related dispute alternatives including short sales, loan modifications and deeds in lieu of foreclosure. Roger also serves as a title insurance agent of Attorneys' Title Fund Services, LLC and conducts commercial and residential real estate closings. Roger's personal injury practice centers on the representation of individuals and their families in personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. He handles matters involving automobile accidents (including accidents involving commercial vehicles, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, airplanes, boats and DUI related accidents), premises liability (including slip and falls), dog bites, construction accidents, improper cremation, escalator accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice and other claims arising from another's negligence. Roger's commercial litigation practice encompasses the representation of both consumers and businesses in a variety of general and complex commercial disputes. His commercial litigation practice ranges from assisting consumers in general contract disputes to representing a Fortune 300 company and Florida governmental agencies in complex litigation disputes. Roger's workers' compensation practice focuses on the representation of injured workers from the claims process through final hearing.
